Meet the Staff

    Marion T. "Jody" Lanier III - Managing Broker, President Jody is the 2nd generation President of the family business, Lanier Homes. He holds the highest certification level awarded in the State of Georgia for Real Estate Appraisers in both Commercial and Residential properties for over 20 years. He has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for 15+ years and a Broker for over 10 years. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors and Savannah Homebuilders Association and is actively involved in many local civic organizations.

 Kim Lanier - Vice President and Property Manager Kim manages the Property Management duties for the company. She is a mother of four children and provides a supporting role to Jody in both the home and the business. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BBA in Marketing and MBA in Business. Sean Reeder - Accounting Manager Sean began his career with Lanier Realty in May, 2009 after seven years at another real estate company and brings a strong background in new construction, general brokerage, financial planning and all real estate accounting. Judith Gomez -  Title Abstractor Judith is from Venezuela and is bilingual. She began her career with Lanier Homes as a painter and excelled to work her way up to her current position. Angie Dettmer - Resident Manager, Andover Crossing Angie has been in the property management field for over 12 years. She has extensive training in Fair Housing Laws and a diploma in Interior Design. Lyn Padgett - Realtor Lyn is married with two young daughters. She holds a Georgia Real Estate License and has been active for over 5 years, she is also a current member of the Savannah Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
