Meet the Staff

Marion T. "Jody" Lanier III, Managing Broker, President - Jody is the 2nd generation President of the family business Lanier Homes.   He holds the highest certification level awarded in the State of Georgia for Real Estate Appraisers in both Commercial and Residential properties for over 18 years.  He has been a licensed Real Estate agent for 13 years and Broker for 7 years.  He graduated from the University of Georgia  with a BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He is a member of the Savannah Realtors and Savannah Homebuilders Association and is actively involved in many local civic organizations.

Kimberly Lanier, Vice President  - Kim manages the daily Accounting and Human Resources duties for the Company.  She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BBA in Marketing and MBA in Business.  She is actively involved in many local civic and educational organizations.

	Judith Gomez, Accounting & Title Abstractor - Judith is from Venezuela and is bilingual. She began her career with Lanier Homes as a painter and excelled to work her way up to the office in her current position.
	Donna Kimball, Assistant Property Manager - Donna  is a licensed real estate  agent and has been in the industry for over 20 years. She joined the Lanier team in Spring of 2008.
	John Kapp, Realtor and Purchasing Director - John has been associated in retail business, commercial, residential and investment real estate for 30 years. His major responsibility is the purchase of investment properties for Lanier Homes and its investors.
	Lynette Messer, Property Manager - Lynette has lived in the Savannah area for over 27 years and has extensive leasing and real estate knowledge through her 18 years as a Real Estate Paralegal. She joined the Lanier team in 2007.
	Michael Morgan, Superintendent - Mike has an extensive background in residential and commercial construction. He began his career at Lanier on the maintenance crew and has advanced to his current position.
	Rafael Ravelo, Maintenance Supervisor - Rafael is from Venezuela and is bilingual. His career at Lanier began as a groundskeeper and has advanced to his current position.
	Dawn Stanford, Accounting -  Dawn has lived in Georgia since 1984. She started her career with Lanier in 2001 as the Receptionist and excelled in her skills to be promoted within to the Property Manager and now as the Accounts Manager. She holds a BA in English from the University of Virginia. She is very active in her church where she teaches Sunday school, assists with the AWANA program and is a member of the choir.
