About Lanier Homes

In 1976, Lanier Properties began as a family business.  This business now operates as Lanier Homes, Inc. and Lanier Realty, Inc. but under the family ownership as the beginning.

Lanier Homes, Inc. and Lanier Realty, Inc. own and operate Mobile Home Parks.  We also have mobile home rentals and lot rentals available.  Our Mobile Home Parks are the best in Savannah.  Drive through any of our parks and you will see the difference.  Our motto "Clean, Quiet, Family-Oriented Mobile Home Parks" is evident in how we manage both our park facilities and the continual upkeep of our mobile homes.  We want you to be proud to call our Parks your home.

Lanier Homes, Inc and Lanier Realty, Inc. also renovate houses.  We began renovating in 2000.  Currently we have renovated over 100 houses since our start.  Our desire is to make "as-is homes" look like new.  Our home renovations look like new houses in an established neighborhood.  When we are finished, we live up to our slogan; "We Make a House...a Home."
